Why

One last show for everyone who made it through.

2026 was a long year in NFT land. Plenty of projects went dark. We're still here, and so are you.

So let's close the year together. Every Firework launches in one big pixel-art show at the end of 2026, watched live by everyone who holds one. Then we raise a glass to a better 2027, for all of us.

The main event

Every Firework gets its moment.

The show is what PixelPyro is about. A camera glides through a pixel city of 20 districts, and every Firework launches above its own district. About an hour and a half, played once, live.

A mock-up of the show: fireworks over the pixel city, a name above one Firework and a message in the bar below.
  • Your spot, your name

Claim your spot and your name flies above your Firework. Hold several in a row and they merge into one banner: your own stretch of the show.

  • A message, live on screen

Rares and Legendaries can also put a message in the show bar while they burst. Say something to everyone watching.

  • Billboards for the true flexers

Between the rounds the camera stops in the valley, where billboards light up with names, messages and brands. Every message is checked by hand: no scams, nothing 18+.

  • Giveaways during the stream

Stay for the whole thing. There are prizes along the way, and the night ends with a real fireworks finale over the valley.

The show order is random, fixed at the reveal and published, with rules that keep the big ones spread out.

Three tiers

Legendaries are the most spectacular in the sky. But plenty of Commons are worth collecting for their own sake.

  • Common1,526

Flies in the show with its number, or your name once you claim your spot.

    Up to 5 Shells

  • Rare400

Your name in the sky, plus a message in the show bar.

    Up to 10 Shells

  • Legendary100

The biggest bursts in the show. Name and message included.

    Up to 15 Shells

The art

Made by code. Curated by hand.

Every Firework is rendered by our own pixel fireworks engine, from its own seed. Nothing is left to chance, though: we tuned every explosion, palette and effect by hand, watched them over the city, and threw out what didn't look right.

How it all fits together

The show is the main event. The Shells game is a bonus on the side, for those who like to play.

  1. Main event

    Mint a Firework

0.02026 ETH on Ethereum. That's your ticket to the show.

  2. Bonus

    Get Shells

Holding a Firework earns you Shells, game pieces on Base. More for higher tiers.

  3. Bonus

    Play the weekly game

A Mastermind-style puzzle with a new code every 2,026 minutes. One season, ending right before the show.

  4. Bonus

    Earn Sparks

Shells in a cracked code earn Sparks. Crack it faster, earn more.

  5. Bonus

    Win from the prize pot

Sparks are your share of the pot. And at the end, every Shell can be opened.

  6. Main event

    End 2026 with a BANG

The show, with your Firework in the sky.

The bonus game

Shells: crack the code, earn Sparks.

Every 2,026 minutes there's a new secret code of six Shells, for 30 rounds in one season. You get up to ten Launches to crack it. After each one you learn how close you are, never where: Boom, Fizz or Dud.

  • Cardboard
  • Steel
  • Silver
  • Pearl
  • Crystal
The more Sparks a Shell holds, the more it shines.
  • Play free, or play to earn

Anyone can play, even without Shells. You won't earn Sparks, but cracking codes gives you a shot at free Shells every week.

  • Sparks are your share

Play with your own Shells to earn Sparks. The faster you crack the code, the more they earn. When the season ends, Sparks decide your share of the prize pot.

  • Open them at the end

After the season, every Shell can be opened. Only then do you find out whether there was a prize inside.

  • Trade them

Get Shells from your Firework, or pick them up from other players on the market.

Full rules and prize terms follow before the mint.

Fair by design

  • The order is locked with a provenance hash before the mint.
  • The reveal and every draw use Chainlink VRF.
  • Anyone can check every draw on a public page.
  • Team wallets never play for prizes.

FAQ

What is PixelPyro?

A one-time collection of 2,026 animated pixel-art fireworks. Together they light up one show at the end of 2026.

When is the mint?

Not yet. First a short whitelist window, then the public mint, each 2,026 minutes long. Sign up and you'll hear the date first.

How much, and how many?

0.02026 ETH per Firework, the same for everyone. Whitelist wallets can mint up to 2, and anyone up to 5 in the public mint.

Which chain?

Fireworks live on Ethereum. Shells and the game run on Base, so playing stays cheap.

Do I need a Firework to play?

No. Anyone can play the Shells game for free. Fireworks give you Shells, and playing with your own Shells earns Sparks.

Can I watch the show again later?

Yes. The show streams live, and afterwards the full recording stays online to watch back.

Is it fair?

The order is locked with a provenance hash before the mint, the reveal uses Chainlink VRF, and every draw can be checked on-chain.

What happens after the show?

That's the end. Prizes can be claimed, and there is no roadmap or sequel.
