What we store
When you sign up, we store your email address. Next to it we keep when you signed up. Nothing else.
What we use it for
Only to send you messages about PixelPyro, such as the mint date, the show and prizes. We don't sell your address, we don't share it for marketing, and we don't send ads.
Signing up
You're signed up as soon as you send the form, and we send you one welcome email. Didn't sign up yourself? Use the unsubscribe link in that email and your address is deleted.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email we send. Your address is then deleted right away.
How long we keep it
PixelPyro is a one-time project. When it ends we delete all addresses, at the latest 90 days after the prize claim period closes.
Your game account
Signing in to the game at play.pixelpyro.xyz creates an account. With an email login we keep your email address, to send you sign-in codes and to reach you about prizes. With a wallet we keep the wallet addresses you link. We also keep what you play (your Launches and Bonus game picks), because that decides your Sparks and draws.
The game sets one cookie, only on play.pixelpyro.xyz, to keep you signed in for 30 days. Signing out removes it. This site asks the game whether you're signed in, to show it in the header; it sets no cookie itself. If you signed up here with the same email address, your account remembers that you want our emails.
We delete game accounts when PixelPyro ends, at the latest 90 days after the prize claim period closes.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts this site and the signup addresses, and runs Turnstile, the check that keeps bots out.
- Resend sends our emails.
To stop abuse, we limit how often one connection can sign up. For that we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for at most one hour. It is never linked to your email address. The game does the same for sign-in requests and keeps that scrambled form for at most one day.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. This site sets no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see or delete your data at any time. Unsubscribing deletes everything we hold about you.
